Use the nail again to punch holes in the milk jug neck. Do this an inch or so under the lid of the milk jug. Then you will take some wire and run it through the holes, twisting it together on top. This is what you are going to use to hold up the bird feeder.

You now are done creating the simple bird feeder. All you need to do is fill it up with some birdseed. Take it outside and use the wire ends to suspend it from a tree or some other kind of support in the backyard.
