1. Name Scramble

Give each of your guests a sheet of paper and a pen. At the top of the paper, you will have previously written out the bride's and the groom's given names. Put the names so they are one on top of the other, such as this example:

Next, give your guests three or four timed minutes to make as many words as they can out of the two names. The guest who writes down the most number of words gets a small reward.

2. Wedding Scramble

Here's another scramble activity you can play at your next bridal shower. It will exercise your guests' gray matter and bring on some laughs at the same time!

Write down ten or twenty words- depending how long you want this game to run- that pertain to a wedding day. These words can include: bride, groom, ringbearer, honeymoon, rings, minister, church, reception, bridesmaid, flowers, tuxedo, limousine- you get the drift.

Then, scramble the words and print them on a piece of paper. Give each visitor a paper and allow them an adequate number of minutes (give fifteen to thirty seconds per word) to unscramble your word list. The woman who unscrambles the most words is, of course, the champion.

3. Show Us Your ____!

This next game is loads of fun because you'll have your guests ripping through their purses as fast as they can. Plus, have you ever wondered what other females include in their belongings? You'll sure find out when you enjoy this game at your next party!

Make up a list of common items that a woman might carry in her purse. These things will include a hair brush, pencil, notepad, lipstick, and so on. Add to the list some unexpected items that a woman may carry, such as: a

candy bar, breath mints, baby toy, a cloth napkin, et cetera.

Then, tell the girls they'll need their handbags open to play this game. Explain to them that you are going to call off a list of items, one by one. They are supposed to try and find the item in their handbags. The first one to find the thing you just called, and hold it up in the air, is the prize winner. She gets a quarter as a prize.

Lastly, after all the items on your list are called, the guest who has won the most quarters round- by-round is the grand prize champion! She should get a small reward.
